If you're into independent, sustainably crafted spirits with a difference, you're in the right place.
We are the only distillery in Australia to make all our gins on locally grown Australian juniper. We were also the first distillery in Australia to make an Oyster Shell gin and we're the first distillery in the world to win a Gold medal from the International Wine and Spirit Competition for a gin made entirely on Australian juniper.
We also make limited edition and seasonal releases, including a traditional limoncello, a gorgeous barrel-aged gin, and a beautiful single malt whisky for dark spirit fans.
All our spirits have consistently won medals at the two largest global spirit competitions.
The distillery is open Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm, for bottle sales and tastings but please check Google for any last-minute changes or call 0448294210.

With its rustic vibe and beautiful country views, our dog-friendly cellar door offers customers a place to relax and unwind.
All our seating is outdoors, but if the weather is fine and the sun is shining there’s no better place to be.
You're welcome to bring your own nibbles to enjoy with drinks purchased from the bar.

We are a cashless venue and, as a working farm and distillery, we’re primarily 18+.



GIN SCHOOL
Grab your bestie and learn how to make your own bottle of gin!
Perfect for friends, families or a group of work colleagues, our Gin School may be the naughtiest school in town, but it will still teach you everything you need to know about the dark arts of distillation.
Create your own gin recipe from our pantry of delicious botanicals, before using one of our gorgeous copper stills to transform your ingredients into a bespoke bottle of gin to take home with you.



ABOUT US
We are an independent family run business located on a small farm on the Sapphire Coast of NSW.
Sustainability and craftsmanship are our core values and we consciously craft all our spirits to use as much locally available and seasonal produce as we can. This includes using juniper grown less than 100kms from the distillery.
Our decision to use very small alembic stills, combined with our approach to sourcing local ingredients, allows us to make truly small batch, handcrafted spirits in a way that very few other commercial distilleries do.
The distillery operates on Djiringanj land and we respectfully acknowledge their ongoing custodianship of the land and pay our respects to their elders, past, present and emerging.
