30ml of NoE Classic gin
60ml of good quality tonic (we use Fevertree Meditteranean)
Ice
Garnish with a sprig of bruised rosemary and enjoy with friends

45ml of NoE Connoisseur gin
15ml of good quality dry vermouth (eg Noilly Prat)
1 teaspoon of marmalade
Put all your ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously on ice. Strain into a martini glass and enjoy the breakfast of champions.
FRENCH 75
WHEN YOU NEED MORE FIZZ
30ml of NoE Classic gin
15ml Lemon Juice
5-10ml Sugar Syrup
Put gin, lemon juice & simple syrup into a champagne flute, top halfway with bubbles, then stir. Fill remainder with bubbles and give a final gentle stir. Garnish with an edible flower if you're feeling fancy.

50ml of NoE Oyster Shell gin
15ml maraschino liqueur
7.5ml crème de violette
15ml lemon juice
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake over ice. Strain into a coupe or Nick & Nora glass and garnish with a lemon twist or an edible flower.

30ml of NoE Connoisseur gin
60ml of good quality tonic water (we use Fevertree Indian tonic water)
Ice
Garnish with 2 or 3 leaves of fresh basil and a grind (or two) of fresh black pepper.

30ml of good quality sweet vermouth (eg Lillet Rouge)
30ml of Campari
Pour all your ingredients into an ice filled glass and stir. Garnish with orange. Bitter and dry, but very, very tasty, there's a reason we celebrate Negronis for a full week each year.
GIBSON Martini

45ml of NoE Oyster Shell gin
15ml of good quality dry vermouth (eg Noilly Prat)
Put all your ingredients into a Boston Glass and stir on ice until chilled (about 20 to 30 seconds). Strain into a martini glass and serve with a two or three cocktail onions.
COFFEE NEGRONI

30ml of NoE Connoisseur gin
30ml of Campari
30ml of Mr Black coffee liqueur
Build in a rocks glass and stir down on a large ice cube. Garnish with a fresh orange slice.

30ml of fresh lemon juice
15ml of simple sugar syrup
1 egg white
Put all your ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake, very vigorously, over ice. Strain into a coupe glass and drizzle with 3 dashes of Angostura bitters.

10ml of simple sugar syrup
Put all your ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake over ice. Strain into a coupe glass, sit back and enjoy.

30ml Campari
20ml lemon juice
30ml sugar syrup
Muddle grapes, then add ice and other ingredients into your cocktail shaker. Shake & strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with three skewered grapes.
